Relationship between corporate culture and quality policy

Our company is strongly customer-focused.
All our activities are always aimed at meeting the requirements of our customers (whether declared or not) in terms of quality of our products, our services are provided at top quality standards, as soon as possible and to full satisfaction of all our customers.
2) relationship with society and fact-based approach
All processes are carried out in compliance with relevant legal, health, sanitary, safety and environmental requirements, as defined in the Czech law.
Our management undertakes to plan, implement and evaluate all activities and processes involving collection and analysis of actual data.
3) relationship with employees
Every employee of our company is convinced about significance of the quality for company´s prosperity and is aware of his/her responsibility and position in the quality management system,
high-level and responsible working performance of every employee guarantees company´s success. Thanks to comprehensive initial training, education and support by the management, our employees continue to be the crucial factor of our company´s good performance.
4) relationship with suppliers
All our suppliers are able to deliver their products in accordance with our requirements and specifications. We want to have solely reliable and quality suppliers. That is why we perform supplier assessment, selections and we closely co-operate with our suppliers thus enabling them to meet our expectations and those of our customers.
5) system- and process based approach
Our management undertakes to perform regular checks of the quality management system we have implemented.  All process outputs are monitored to guarantee quality inputs in follow-up processes. Our management provides necessary support of all activities and processes and performs their measurement, monitoring and analyses to achieve planned results and to guarantee continuing improvement.

 6) continuing improvement
We undertake to increase efficiency of approved and declared quality policies and the system on continuing basis.  All changes in organization and management are aimed at increasing our company´s production quality. We understand the improvement as a continual and systematic process.

Within the framework of  the development strategy and  implementation of market development trends in terms of customers and also external providers, our company has created a context encompassing internal and external aspects influencing corporate culture and relations inside the company, our achievements and also external aspects  thus providing an external frame for the business activities and further successful development.
The impact of internal and external aspects is continually dealt with by company´s management depending on their importance, with the main focus on the aspects that are essential for financial results and development objectives and including assessment of result and implementation of relevant measures, if set goals have not been achieved.
The communication within this framework is focused on achieving controlled exchange of relevant information on quality inside and outside our company, thus stimulating continuous improvement of the quality profile of our company. The communication should encourage bidirectional exchange of information, stimulating provision of plausible, verified and correct information on quality in our company and enhancing company´s quality profile.
All these tools as well as general corporate culture have been developed for the purpose of implementation and fulfilment of company´s vision.
