The goal of the teamwork of GLENOWELL CZ s.r.o. is to serve our customers who are from different branches of industry and agriculture by assisting to increase their productivity though our products – sophisticated conveyors employing robots, costs reduction and meeting their needs. By that we help our organization to achieve better results.

With a prudent financial policy, quality improvement and development of a high-level know-how and new products, we contribute jointly to achieving the goals, which results in further development of the company and leads to the satisfaction of employees who are fully motivated for these activities by giving them a reasonable degree of trust. The company insists that all employees feel their responsibility and perceive the needs of the company and engage more in work, thus contributing to achieve the goals as defined, as otherwise not only the existence of the company but also of themselves may be at risk.

To do this, the company strives to facilitate work for all employees through available means – by purchasing technology or devices that make the work easier and, at the same time, increase their productivity. Welfare of staff is part of the personnel work of the company that is interested in the stabilization of staff, in accordance with the economic conditions, it strives to promote further deepening and gaining of qualifications. We are constantly striving to improve the communication and create systems for transmitting information and tasks.

Another prerequisite for the operation of the company is the feedback, which must come from anyone, both employees and management. Staff members are obliged to inform their supervisors immediately.

The company is constantly focused on increasing the satisfaction of its customers by continuously improving its processes, services, monitoring of market and of the needs, consistent analysis of complaints and analysis of the efficiency parameters of the main processes within the framework of the review of the quality management system. To this end, all staff members are motivated and headed.

The organizational culture of the company is understood more in an interpretative approach, i.e., as  the overall summary of all ideas, values and visions described above with a rational view, i.e., by using tools for an effective achievement of the goals.

ROLE OF RESPONSIBILITY AND COMPETENCE WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION FRAMEWORK

The management of the Glenowell company which manufactures conveyors ensures within its organizational structure that responsibilities and competencies for the relevant roles are allocated, communicated and understood. The managing director of the company has the highest responsibility for the implementation of an effective and efficient quality management system, for its permanent suitability and effectiveness.

Responsibilities and competencies are defined for all functions in the company and the applicable internal rules imply. These structures are defined for all staff members.

By informing all staff members about the internal rules, the company management ensures that responsibilities and competencies within the company are defined and shared.

The company defines the physical, social, psychological, environmental and other factors for the working environment, such as health and safety rules, training, workplace equipment, environmentally friendly conditions, working methods, working procedures, working conditions for the staff members, office equipment.
